We provide a variety of beauty services, including eyelash extensions, lash lifts and tinting, skincare treatments (like dermaplaning and skin peels), face waxing, and premium lash and skincare products. Our goal is to enhance your natural beauty with personalized care!
Booking is easy! You can schedule your appointment online through our website by nagivating to the Servies Page or going to the Home Page and clicking on the "Make and Appointment" button.
When you arrive, you'll be greeted by your friendly artist. We start with a consultation to discuss your desired look and any specific preferences. Then, you can relax in our comfortable recliners while we perform your chosen service.
For eyelash extensions, we recommend arriving without eye makeup to save time and ensure the best results. If you're coming in for waxing services, please ensure the area is clean and free of products and your retinol and/or acne product free for 2 weeks.
While we love children and have some of our own, we cannot allow small children in the treatment area due to safety reasons. Neither the client nor the artist can supervise your small child, and your artist needs to be able to concentrate on your service. Your eyes will be closed so you cannot tend to your small child. However, if your child is self-sufficient and well-behaved (age 9 and up), they may wait in the reception area.
We require a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment, which is removed at checkout after services are rendered. If you need to reschedule more than three times, you'll need to book a new appointment and provide a new deposit.
New Client lash sets have a 10 minute cancellation for more volumous sets, the less volumous sets have a 5 minute cancellation. If you cancel or no call/no show, you are responsible for 50% of the cost of your appointment. If you reschedule same day and we have availability, you will not be charged a new deposit. However, rescheduling same day for a different day requires a new deposit.
Touch up appointments do not have a late policy. We will put on as many lashes as possible in the time allotted when the client arrives. Clients are required to cancel their touch up appointment BEFORE it begins, otherwise they are responsible for the cost in full.
All other services come with a 5 minute cancellation for lateness. If you cancel or no call/no show, you are responsible for 50% of the cost of your appointment. To maintain your lashes, we recommend using our gentle lash cleaning kit once a week if you are a make up wearer, followed by our Lash Hydrator to keep the glue from becoming dehydrated and avoiding oil-based products. For our volume lovers, we also recommed our Lash Serum to keep your folicles healthy. Our team will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions during your appointment.
After each lash appointment, you will not want to get them wet for at least 24 hours to allow the glue to cure and create a strong bond with your lash. To maintain your lashes, we recommend using our gentle Lash Cleaning Kit once a week if you are a make up wearer, followed by our Lash Hydrator to keep the glue from becoming dehydrated and avoiding oil-based products. For our volume lovers, we also recommed our Lash Serum to keep your folicles healthy. Our team will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions during your appointment.
